Patients may get a PT Evaluation - Moderate Complexity if the physical therapist determines that a more in-depth assessment and evaluation of their physical abilities and issues is necessary.
During a PT Evaluation - Moderate Complexity, the physical therapist will measure and assess the patient's condition and movements in order to better understand the patient's needs and limitiations.
After a PT Evaluation - Moderate Complexity, the physical therapist will develop a plan to improve the patient's physical condition and fix their issues. This plan might consist of exercises and physical therapy treatments that can improve the patient's physical health.
In general, a PT Evaluation - Moderate Complexity is a physical therapy assessment which is more detailed and involves a more in-depth assessment of a patient's physical abilities and issues that require treatment. After the evaluation, the physical therapist will develop a plan of action to improve the patient's physical health and treat any issues that are present.
