Claims Benchmarks Q2 2025 Refresh

All Claims Benchmarks tables have been refreshed with the latest cohort of data, incorporating millions more claims from 2023 to 2025. An update to the inpatient claims grouping methodology allowed aggregation for significantly more inpatient claims that were previously excluded. Full release notes are available.
